How do IKEA electric blinds work?

With our roller blinds you can direct the light from your bed, or anywhere. Thanks to the supplied remote control or the IKEA Home smart app, the roller blinds are controlled wirelessly – individually or several at the same time.

You can control the blinds with the supplied remote control or with the IKEA Home smart app (available for iOS and Android) via the TRÅDFRI connection hub (sold separately). You can also control multiple blinds with the same remote control (after they have been paired) or the IKEA Home smart app. If the battery is empty and you want to lower the blind, you can gently pull the blind down by hand.

Which curtain do I need?
You can decide for yourself what kind of roller blind you need. You determine the right amount of light yourself and create the best conditions for a good night's sleep or a peaceful wake up.

Sizes (length x width):

  •  60 x 195 cm
  •  80 x 195 cm
  •  100 x 195 cm
  •  120 x 195 cm
  •  140 x 195 cm

These are standard sizes. The roller blind is not suitable for customization.
