Why is the website or online planner not working?
It could be because of several reasons. First, try to empty your cache (like cookies) or try another internet browser. If it is a temporary technical problem, try it again later.
Emptying cache
In some cases it can help to empty your browsers cache. This means that the search history, temporary internet pages and cookies will be deleted from your internet browsers memory.

Windows: Ctrl + F5

Mac: Command + Shift + R
Try another browser
Perhaps using another browse will help. Examples of internet browsers are Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer. Try one of these and see whether it resolved the problem.
Try in a private (incognito) window
Problems logging in?
Have you requested a new password but it doesn’t work? Try the following:

Delete all cookies and change your password again

Change your password and try logging in on a different device
If you are still unable to access the online planners, there may be a temporary bug with the tool and we recommend trying again later.
