The website says the items in my order are available. Why can't I place an online delivery?
If you’re receiving an error at check-out while placing your order, it’s possible the items in your cart are out of stock at our distribution center even though the item(s) may show as available at an IKEA store.
Orders placed online are collected and delivered from our central warehouse based on your postcode. It can happen that one of your items is available in a store close to your postcode but another item is only available in a distribution center.
At the checkout, you will see the final delivery options available for your order.

When you see the blue ‘Add to shopping bag’ button, that means the product is available to order online. Beneath this you will see whether it is available for delivery and the availability is the stores. Is the product not available for delivery? Then you can order it online via Click & Collect and arrange to pick it up at the store.
