How can I tell which allergens are in IKEA food?
We would like as many people as possible to enjoy our Swedish delicacies. That’s why we mention all allergens and ingredients on all our products in the Swedish Food Market. For information about allergens, vegetarian or vegan products in our restaurant, we refer you to the allergen column, or ask one of our employees.
Even though we take uttermost care to process our food products in our kitchens, some cases of cross-contamination between different food products may occur. IKEA has strict food-safety protocols and is committed to offer food products of the best quality.
