Can I have my order delivered to a room of my choice?
With a room of your choice delivery, we offer you the option to bring your order to a specific room in your house. The costs for this extra service are €14.99. These costs will be added to the standard price of a truck delivery. With room of choice delivery we bring your order to a room in your house instead of just over the threshold.
A standard truck delivery is always on the ground floor and just through the door. Choose the Floor and room of choice delivery when you want the delivery team to bring the order directly to a floor or room that is on the 1st floor or higher. The cost for this extra service is €14.99 on top of the standard rate.
Flat or apartment building
Your main door is on the 1st floor or higher and want it delivered to your doorstep. You can then request it to be brought to a specific room.
House
Your bedroom or kitchen is on a higher floor of a multi-storey house.
