Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation mail. If you haven’t received this e-mail or think something may have gone wrong with the payment? Check to see if the amount has been credited from your bank account. If this is the case then you will probably receive an e-mail from us the next day.
In this mail you will see the ordered products, the total cost of the order including delivery charges and the order number.
Payment did not go though
If, during ordering, you receive a message that the payment did not work, follow the instructions on the screen. Did the payment go through, but you did not receive an e-mail from us? Check to see if the amount has been credited from your bank account or credit card. Visit the iDEAL website for more information or make inquiries with your credit card provider.
The order has been paid but I have not received an e-mail.
Don’t panic, it can sometimes happen that a payment has been made but no e-mail was received. Our colleagues from the web shop check daily to see that all orders are processed correctly and will send, on workdays, a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
