How do I use the electric roller blinds in combination with the Home Smart 1 app?
You can use the TRÅDFRI gateway and the IKEA Home Smart 1 app to group multiple roller blinds and control them in different ways. When you connect the roller blinds to the TRÅDFRI gateway and the IKEA Home Smart 1 app, you can control your wireless blinds through a timer to adjust the lighting.
For the wireless functions to work, the signal repeater (included in the package) needs to be plugged into a power socket within 10 meters from the blind. The blinds have been pre-programmed to the remote control and the signal repeater.
This way you can open your roller blinds from your bed. Now that’s a nice way to wake up!
