What do I need to make a guarantee claim in the store?

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, you can report this to IKEA. You are most welcome at the customer service desk of our stores. Take your proof of purchase and the complete item with you so that we can find a suitable solution together with you.
