Where can I find parts in my package?

Are you missing a part or the mounting material (hardware) in your package? In order to protect the parts, we store the assembly materials well. Therefore, do not throw away a package immediately, but take a closer look among the material.

Parts can also be in another package if your product is in several packages. Therefore, open all the corresponding packages before you start the assembly.

With sofas and armchairs, the legs or the assembly material are often packed in the armrest or under the seat between the springs.

For kitchen appliances, loose parts are often placed inside the appliance. Think for example of a dishwasher, refrigerator or oven.
