When will my order be delivered?

Can't wait for your order? That's understandable! You can follow your order through the Track your order page or your IKEA profile.

Did you place an online order? Track your order via Track & manage my order or through your IKEA Family profile.

A few days before or on the day of delivery, you’ll receive an email with a link to Track your order. There you’ll find a Track & Trace code and a link to know the shorter time slot and follow the transporter.

 

If your order is delayed
We’ll contact you and do our best to help you as quickly and appropriately as possible.

  • If we’ve agreed on a new delivery date together, you’ll receive an email confirmation of this appointment. 
  • Is the new delivery date no longer convenient for you? Then you may cancel the order free of charge and any amount already paid will be refunded.
