Can I contact the courier of my order?

Do you have a question about your order that is already on its way? Then we are happy to help you by contacting our carriers directly.

In many cases, your order will be delivered to your home by one of our carriers. At IKEA, we'd love to help you if you have any questions.

Please note that a more specific time frame for your delivery cannot be given until the day before the scheduled delivery. You will receive an automatic email confirmation if this more specific time block is available. If your order is delivered by one of our couriers, they will contact you half an hour before the scheduled arrival.
