IKEA Korea to launch BYGGLEK, a playful storage solution on February 25

With a shared belief that play makes both the home and the world a better place, IKEA and the LEGO Group set out to remove the barriers to play in daily life with the BYGGLEK collection. Consisting of a series of storage boxes and LEGO bricks, the fun storage solution enables a practical yet playful experience that children and adults can enjoy together.   

The BYGGLEK collection is composed of four products: three storage boxes of different sizes (KRW 14,900 / 17,900 / 19,900) and one set of LEGO bricks (KRW 19,900). The BYGGLEK boxes are equipped with LEGO studs on the top and the front, allowing children to integrate the storage boxes as part of their LEGO builds and display their creations on top of them. BYGGLEK can be used with any LEGO elements as the studs used on the lid and front are part of the LEGO system. After playing, the BYGGLEK collection can be used as an efficient storage solution for LEGO bricks, so families can create room for play by making better use of their space.

BYGGLEK will be available on the IKEA Korea official online store from February 25, and roll out to all IKEA stores (Gwangmyeong, Goyang, Giheung, and DongBusan) throughout February. More information can be found on the IKEA Korea official online store from February 25.
