Applied from August 3rd on about 20% discount on over 50 home furnishing products

[Seoul – August 3] IKEA Korea is introducing new digital home furnishing solutions and 50 lower-priced products so that more people can enjoy a happy and sustainable life at home in 2022.

First of all, the IKEA catalog, which has been loved as a representative publication of Ikea by introducing various home furnishing solutions and products from 1951 to 70 years, is newly converted into a digital solution. Ikea has been researching ways to provide home furnishing inspiration to more people, recognizing the change in people's media consumption style according to the changing times. Based on this, the catalog contents are further upgraded and introduced through the official online mall so that anyone can easily and conveniently meet IKEA's inspirational home furnishing ideas and solutions.

IKEA plans to provide richer and more diverse home furnishing solutions by dissolving product information and ideas provided in existing catalogs in the official online mall ‘Digital Showroom’ and detailed pages for each product. In addition, we will introduce a new online gallery called ‘House Story’, which contains the lives of various people around the world that were included in the existing catalogue. Through the stories of each house and home furnishing tips for each space, you will be able to find information on home furnishing products related to solutions that fit various lifestyles. A total of 10 homes are planned to be unveiled during fiscal year 2022 (September 2021 to August 2022).

The 'lower new price', which has been introduced with the launch of a new catalog every year, is newly applied to 52 products. This is part of IKEA's continuous effort to provide home furnishing products of superior design and function to more people by reducing various costs while maintaining good quality. This year, ▲SLATTUM cushion type bed frame (229,900 won -> 199,900 won) ▲NESNA bedside table (19,900 won -> 14,900 won) ▲ NORDMYRA table (199,000 won -> 14,9000 won) ▲ VILDKORN Sustainable home furnishing products such as high pillows (9,900 won -> 7,900 won) are offered at about 20% lower prices.

Ikea has expanded the ‘lower new price’ twice a year since last year so that more people can experience home furnishing at a more reasonable price. Accordingly, additional products with a 'lower new price' will be unveiled in April next year. Products to which the ‘lower new price’ applies can be purchased at IKEA Korea’s official online mall and all stores.
