IKEA Korea ranks top in 2H 2018 KS-SQI among home furnishing companies

FY19 brand campaign “75 Years of Love for the Home” announced

[Seoul – October 31, 2018] Home furnishing retailer IKEA Korea announced on October 31 that it was recognised by the Korea Standards Association (KSA) as the top ranked home furnishing company in the KS-SQI (Korea Standard-Service Quality Index) for the second half of 2018.

The KS-SQI is a service quality evaluation model based on a customer satisfaction survey conducted on customers who have purchased or used the products and services of different companies. Following IKEA Korea’s top ranking last year in the furniture category for KS-CQI (Korean Standard–Contact Service Quality Index), this year, IKEA Korea was ranked as the No.1 home furnishing company on the KS-SQI with the best overall service satisfaction.

With aims to provide a better customer experience for the many people, IKEA Korea offers services for picking, delivery, assembly, home furnishing consulting, and kitchen planning. IKEA Korea also provides a return policy where customers are able to return their purchase within 365 days for a refund. Furthermore, IKEA Korea continues to invest in expanding its customer touchpoints to enable more of the many people to experience IKEA’s unique home furnishing products and solutions whenever, wherever they want. As a part of this multi-channel strategy, IKEA Korea has launched its e-commerce business on September 1, offering better accessibility to customers nationwide.
