How does the Parcel delivery work?

To use this service, you can add small items to your shopping cart, select parcel delivery at the checkout stage, and enter your delivery address. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date, along with tracking information for your shipment once your order has been processed. In case you are not available on the day of delivery, make sure you have a safe place to store your products and make sure there are no problems as soon as you receive them.   1. Order Steps
    a. Please add small items (decorations, fabrics, accessories, etc.) to your shopping cart and select the parcel delivery option at checkout. If you don't see that option, it may be a size/weight that is not available for parcel delivery.
    b. If you are unable to pick it up in person, please plan in advance for a safe and secure storage location.
    c. Enter your shipping address and check the weight-based shipping and other costs provided at checkout. If you have any special instructions, such as a safe storage location, please be sure to include them.
    d. After completing your purchase, please check your confirmation email with an estimated delivery date, which is usually within 7 business days. The estimated timeline may fluctuate slightly.
    e. Parcel delivery orders cannot be modified after payment. Cancellations are only possible before the start of preparations for delivery.

     
  2. Fulfillment and Shipping

  3. Shipping Process
    a. The parcel will be delivered within the estimated delivery period provided. (It may vary depending on the circumstances of the parcel.)
    b. During the delivery time, please pick it up on-site if possible, or if you are absent, there must be a safe storage place for the delivery driver to leave your order. If you are not provided with a safe storage location, you may need to reship (additional costs may apply), and you must contact CJ Logistics directly to arrange redelivery.
    c. As soon as you receive your order, please make sure that all items have been delivered.
