There are not enough fittings for assemble my furniture. What should I do?
Apply for the parts you need for free. Or the return and exchange desk provide the extra spare parts and missing fittings. If difficult to visit the store, you can ask to our IKEA Customer Support Center. Please prepare a purchase receipt. See below for mor information.

If you registered your IKEA Family card information at the time of payment, we can find your purchase history. But If you didn't, please prepare the payment information (transaction date, approved number).

Can I return & exchage a mattress?
If you are still not satisfied with the product after about 90 days of adaptation, please bring proof of purchase and the mattress to the store. We will issue a refund card for one-time exchange for another mattress.

Can I return/exchange items at all of IKEA Korea stores?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 365 days of purchase to any of our other stores.(Exchange is only available at the original purchase stores.) Unfortunately, we are unable to take returns at the studio.
