Conditions applicable to the promotional action “The Hidden Lioness” at IKEA Girona
The promotional action will take place on the opening day of IKEA Girona, 21 January 2026, during the store’s opening hours and within the activation periods announced over the public address system. The event will be held at IKEA Girona, located at Carrer Astúries 61, 17003 Girona. The action consists of searching for one (1) stuffed lioness hidden in different areas of the store, excluding the children’s section. IKEA Girona staff will announce the start of each round over the public address system, and customers will have a maximum of 20 minutes to find it. The person who finds the lioness must hand it to a member of IKEA Girona staff for validation of the action. Once validated, the found lioness will be given to the participant, together with the associated special prize, where applicable. The promotion is limited to one (1) prize per participant. In each round there will be only one hidden lioness, and the prize will be awarded exclusively to the first person who finds it and complies with the established conditions. The action will automatically end once the 20-minute search period has elapsed, or at the moment when the lioness has been found and validated by IKEA Girona staff, even if the initially scheduled time for the round has not yet finished. IKEA Girona reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the action due to justified force majeure or for organisational reasons.
Conditions applicable to the soft toy giveaway promotion at IKEA Girona
The promotion will take place on the opening day of IKEA Girona, from 21 to 24 January 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until stocks last. The venue of the promotion is IKEA Girona, located at Carrer Astúries 61, 17003 Girona. To take part and receive a soft toy, customers must show the reel published on the Instagram profile @gironasecreta from their personal mobile phone to a member of the IKEA Girona staff and then go to the person designated by the IKEA staff (ask any coworker) to validate the action and proceed with the delivery of the soft toy. The promotion is strictly limited to one (1) soft toy per participant. A total of one hundred (100) soft toys will be distributed, which will be given exclusively to the first 100 participants who meet the established requirements and request it, following a strict order of arrival. The action will automatically end as soon as the last available soft toy has been handed out, even if the initially scheduled promotion time has not yet finished.
Legal conditions: 5% discount with the IKEA App
Valid only on Friday, 23 January, during store opening hours, for purchases of a minimum amount of €25 made using the Scan and Go function in the IKEA app, with items picked up directly in IKEA stores in Catalonia. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when scanning the same QR code used for the purchase. Promotion exclusive to IKEA Family members. Not applicable in the Swedish Food Market, Swedish Restaurant, or Swedish Bistro, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Limited to one purchase per member.
Conditions for Free Parking at IKEA Granollers with a Prior Appointment
From September 28, 2025, to August 31, 2026, IKEA Granollers customers can enjoy free parking at Pàrquing El Sot, located at Plaça Josep Barangé Bachs, 08402 Granollers, Barcelona, provided they have booked a planning appointment in advance in any of the following areas: Kitchens, Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Storage Systems, Bathrooms, or Children’s/Youth Bedrooms.
The promotion applies only to customers residing outside of Granollers. It is not available for residents with postal codes 08401, 08402, 08403, and 08521. After the planning appointment, a ticket corresponding to the agreed duration will be provided. If a purchase is made as a result of the service, the ticket will be issued after the purchase. The promotion is valid exclusively at IKEA Granollers and Pàrquing El Sot. IKEA reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

What valuation will I receive for my furniture?
After receiving the photos of the products to ensure they can be accepted as Second Life articles, you will receive a valuation of 30% of the selling price of each item.
Collection conditions
Collection from the customer’s home will be free of charge. Our staff will be responsible for collecting the furniture. You only need to make sure that the furniture is properly packed and that its dimensions allow removal through the doorway, lift, or stairs. If the dimensions of the furniture do not allow correct removal, it must be disassembled to facilitate the service. The furniture to be collected must fit through the main door of the home and through the stairs or lift, if applicable.
Refund card conditions
Once we receive the furniture, we will send you the refund card with the amount previously agreed upon in the purchase contract. The refund card has no expiration date and can be used for any of your IKEA purchases, whether in-store, on the website, or in the app.
