Organize your child's birthday at IKEA It's easy!

Your child's birthday is a special day. Let them live a fantastic adventure and turn the birthday party into a fun-filled experience. Minimum 10 children up to 16 years old.

Choose the date from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 16h to 20h and make your reservation at least 15 days in advance by sending an email to: fiesta.cumpleañ[email protected]

Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with all the information and steps to complete your reservation.

We will be waiting for you in our restaurant area with the table set up and ready to celebrate your party. If you want, you can bring your own balloons to decorate.

Until what age can children celebrate with us? The celebration is available for children under 16 years old, meaning up to their 15th birthday.

If an adult wants to bring their own entertainer, makeup artist, clown, etc., is it possible? No, bringing external entertainers, makeup artists, or performers is not allowed during the celebration.

Can a balloon with the child’s age number be brought? Yes, it is allowed to bring a balloon displaying the child's age.

Can candles be brought? If yes, what is the procedure for lighting them? Yes, candles can be brought. To light them, an IKEA party coordinator will use a lighter and supervise the area until they are fully extinguished.

Can a birthday cake be brought from outside? If yes, what documents must be provided? No, bringing an external birthday cake is not allowed, so no documentation is required.

What will the restaurant setup be like for the celebration? A designated area within the restaurant will be reserved, where a tablecloth and FOOD cutlery will be provided.

Can the employee discount be applied to birthday parties? No, the employee discount does not apply to services related to birthday celebrations.

Where is the meeting point for the party? The meeting point is at the restaurant, where the celebration will begin.

Is any kind of entertainment allowed at the party? No, additional entertainment is not permitted during the celebration.

Has an NL been sent regarding birthday parties? Yes, the communication about birthday parties was sent on February 18th.

Promotion applicable only when hiring the birthday service at IKEA in IKEA stores in Catalonia (IKEA Sabadell, Hospitalet and Badalona). To enjoy the discount, you will need to present your card or identify yourself with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network membership number at checkout.
