How to encourage play in the children's room

The way toys are stored influences play time: if toys are within sight and reach, they are easier to grab and play with. Plus, it can free up more space so that the play never has to stop.

Accessibility is everything

A large open storage unit with practical boxes that swallow loads of toys must be any kid’s dream to have in their room. Many smaller boxes, rather than a few big ones, make it easier to keep things organised – which also makes it easier to find things.

Making play a priority

Toys out in the open quickly become favourites. Even when they're not playing, seeing their toys fills children with pride. Organisers for small things are another way to encourage play, keeping things tidy and ready to go. And of course, there is storage you can play inside too.
