Much cheaper than the all stainless steel one but this is easy to grip due to the rubberised handle, beware it is so sharp I have cut my finger several times now! Cuts through swede and butternut squash with ease

I have small hands and find a paring knife the best for me for most food prep. I do a lot of cooking and this firs my hand perfectly and is very sharp. I have had knives costing triple th E price if this but this is my preferred one.

What is stainless steel?
