Nonslip????EunyoungIt's very cheap, it's very poor1
Not worth itCristianI've only used it on low and medium temperatures but the food got stuck and burned so bad it damaged the coating after just a couple of uses. Now it's obviously useless. Perhaps the worst frying pan I've ever used and would not recommend it to anyone. 1

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
