Stop working from the first useGrigoriiEverything starts sticking to it from the first use right ahead. I can't even clean it, it stuck extremely hard. It's completely unusable. I use only silicone Ikea scoop and it was on regular electric stove. No extreme heat or anything like that1

A really good size wok for cooking family meals easily, good value for money , easy to clean only disadvantage it doesn’t come with a lid had to buy this separately.

I’ve been wanting to replace my Teflon pan for a while now and this one does such a better job and is safer. I accidentally forgot to put any oil in it for an omelette the other day and it still worked perfectly.

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
