Great frying panAngieWas a bit skeptical about this pan as I always buy pans with non stick coating but am fed up with them getting scratched so thought I'd try something different. Only regret is I didn't buy a stainless steel pan before could have saved lots of money .it cooks evenly and things do not stick when used properly. Super easy to clean also. You need to let it heat up properly first ..put a teaspoon of water in it when hot if the water turns into balls that bounce and sizzle it's ready. If it's not at the right temperature things will stick Really happy with this pan and fair price for the quality that will for sure last a lot longer than a coated pan5

Not what I expectedLindaFirst two times that I used this pan everything came out easily and cleaning was simple with just some water no scrubbing needed. However now everything sticks to the bottom and you can’t even get your fried egg out in one piece. Very disappointing.3
