You can easily empty the crumbs in the chopping board by lifting the tray –and then use it to serve the bread on.

Damaged after 2 usesChandreshIf you use the chipping board side and remove the bread slotted section, cutting items on the chipping board side created a break on the surface along the underneath lines of the border for the bread slotted space . Hope that makes sense
