Smoked salmon wraps
Ingredients
- 4 wheat flour tortillas
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 20 g rocket
- 15 g spreadable cream cheese
- 15 g whole grain mustard
Method
1. Warm up the wheat tortillas in the microwave or oven according to the directions on the label.
2. Once warm, spread cream cheese on some of them and whole grain mustard on others.
3. Place the salmon slices on top of the mustard or cream cheese.
4. Add some rocket leaves.
5. Roll up the wheat tortillas with your fillings inside and use toothpicks to help hold them together.
6. If you'd like to make them easier to eat when served as a snack, divide each wrap into 4 pieces. Just 4 tortillas will give you 16 canapés.
They taste amazing!
Boiled eggs with smoked salmon
Ingredients
- 5 medium eggs
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 200 g salmon

1. Boil the eggs. How long you boil the eggs depends on how you like your yolk, but if you want it to be hard boiled, this will take about 10 minutes.

3. Put half a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each half-an-egg.
4. Cut the salmon slices into small pieces so that they're the same size as the egg halves.
5. Place each piece on top of an egg with mayonnaise.
