The promotion is offered by IKEA IBÉRICA S.A. (hereinafter IKEA) with registered address at Avda. Matapiñonera 9, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid and CIF (tax ID) A28812618.

This promotion is only and exclusively available to IKEA Family members.

From 11 to 23 March 2025, both inclusive, IKEA Family members can get, under the terms and conditions stated below, one of the following discounts (which cannot be combined), exclusively on a selection of sleep items*:

In order to obtain any of the discounts stated, IKEA Family members will be able, if they so choose, to download an app, not owned by IKEA, called "SHUTEYE", on the days stated, via the link provided on the landing page https://www.ikea.com/es/en/campaigns/disena-tu-descanso-pub6b5c14a0/ which can be accessed via the IKEA newsletter. In order to get the discount, it is essential that the Family member accesses the app via the link provided in the newsletter. Notwithstanding the above, please note that the link will redirect you to the "SHUTEYE" app, a non-IKEA environment, the terms and conditions of which are not set by IKEA; therefore, we recommend that you read in advance any information, terms and conditions, or any other aspect related to the "SHUTEYE" app or third-party apps, to which you will be automatically redirected via the newsletter link. The rules of the promotion require that the data provided must be accurate and complete, and it must be kept updated by participants. If personal data are incorrect, incomplete or not updated, IKEA will be released, with respect to the specific cases concerned, from the objective of the promotion and any other consequence related thereto.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, IKEA, as the data controller, hereby informs participants of the following points concerning the processing of personal data.

As a result of their participation in the promotion, acting in its capacity as Data Processor, SHUTEYE shall gather the personal data of participants independently of IKEA.  

SHUTEYE may communicate participants' personal data to the organising entity, IKEA, the aim of which being to appropriately fulfil the purpose of these Terms and Conditions and carry out any measures or actions that are necessary with respect to the promotion.    

Upon receipt of the data provided to IKEA, the latter will also acquire the status of data controller and will fulfil its duty to inform the data subjects about the processing of their personal data for the intended purpose

IKEA expressly states that it does not accept responsibility for the processing of participant's data by SHUTEYE, nor for any use of participants' name or voice by SHUTEYE and/or any third-parties associated with the promotion.

2.            For any questions or queries relating to data protection, participants can contact the Data Protection Officer via email: [email protected] or [email protected], as applicable. 

The personal data processed by IKEA in relation to participation in this promotion will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting this promotion and carrying out all actions related thereto, as well as to fulfil its obligations before the Spanish Treasury Department or any other type of public administration. The personal data of the participants will be processed by, in its capacity as data processor, the media agency hired by IKEA for the purpose of conducting the promotion. 

The legal framework for processing the participants' personal data is determined by the promotion's own Terms and Conditions. 

The participants' personal data will only be stored for as long as required for the purposes described in this clause.  

Once the promotion has ended and these purposes have been fulfilled and, where appropriate, the time frames set by the applicable legislation have elapsed, any personal data will be destroyed by means of a secure procedure, in accordance with current regulations. 

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability in relation to their data, as well their rights to restrict and object to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to [email protected]. Furthermore, participants are hereby informed of their right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

By accessing said app under the conditions set out, and on the basis of the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy that may apply to them in said app, IKEA Family members can, if they so choose, in accordance with the features and functions of said app, monitor their sleep, which, as indicated in said app, would detect possible areas for improvement in their sleep and, according to the need detected, the app would provide access to a link that would redirect the member back to the IKEA website. Once the non-IKEA app has redirected you back to the IKEA environment, you will be allowed access to the corresponding voucher according to the criteria stated below.  Said voucher will be redeemed as indicated herein and in the terms of redemption on the back of the voucher.

The following discounts specified at the beginning of these terms and conditions will correspond to each need or area of improvement detected via the app, in relation to sleep:

  • Snoring/Breathing → 10% discount on the RRP, exclusively on pillows. Maximum discount of EUR 50.
  • Outside noise → 10% discount on the RRP, exclusively on curtains. Maximum discount of EUR 80.
  • Deep sleep → 10% discount on the RRP, exclusively on duvets. Maximum discount of EUR 200.
  • Time taken to fall asleep → 10% discount, exclusively on smart lighting items (smart LED bulbs, smart plugs, smart LED panels and smart LED lamps). Maximum discount of EUR 70
  • Perfect sleep → 10% discount on storage items, exclusively boxes and baskets. Maximum discount of EUR 50.

For information and clarification purposes for those IKEA Family members interested in obtaining the discount, IKEA is a third party to the terms and conditions of the "SHUTEYE" app, and therefore to the Enerjoy PTE.LTD service. The relationship between the user and Enerjoy PTE.LTD is the sole responsibility of the customer (IKEA Family member), as well as any chance event, failure of service, functionality or any other aspect related to the web environment of Enerjoy PTE. LTD, or any third party.

Promotion applicable exclusively on physical purchases made in mainland Spain IKEA stores, online purchases via the IKEA app or www.ikea.com and purchases via the IKEA Ibérica, S.A.U. telephone sales service. To receive the discount, the customer must prove their IKEA Family membership at the time of payment and copy and paste the discount code into the "use a discount code" field if purchasing online, or state the code that they have received if purchasing via telephone sales.

Discount not applicable to non-selected items, items that may be complementary or accessories to the selected items (for example, pillowcases in the case of pillow discounts or rails in the case of curtains, etc.), or Circular Hub items, which will not be taken into consideration for the application of the discount. Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or IKEA gift cards or other compensation. Not compatible with other offers and promotions.

In the event that the return of any of the items purchased means that the conditions established for the discount to apply are no longer met, the total discount applied to the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer and the customer will not receive any refund in the event that the price of the returned product or products does not exceed the total discount applied. In the event of a refund, the IKEA Returns Policy will remain in effect.
