IKEA will contact you during that time slot, on the phone number you provide, to schedule a kitchen design appointment* tailored to your needs:

• In-store appointment: Free
• Virtual appointment (via video call): Free
• At home: EUR 90**

*If you've already had an appointment with us, please contact your advisor directly via the email address they used to send you the documents.

2. Wardrobe plan validation. Have you created your own wardrobe design using our planner? You can arrange a free videocall appointment to review it with a specialist. Remember to bring the virtual code for your design to your appointment.

• In store (face-to-face): a specialist will help you plan your sleep solution from scratch at your nearest IKEA store. Free
