How do I get home appliances spare parts?
All our kitchen appliances are sold with a warranty, and during the warranty period repairs and spare parts covered by the warranty are provided through our authorized service centres. If you need to replace a part not covered by the warranty, or your warranty period is over, IKEA has partnered with a third-party provider; ASCI, for you to buy spare parts from.
Inside warranty
- To get spare parts for your appliance, contact the authorised service centre as listed in the user manual provided with the product. If you do not know which service centre to reach out to, contact IKEA for guidance.
Outside warranty (ASCI)
- To order a spare part outside of warranty, please visit our spare part page and order appliances spare parts via our third-party provider called ASCI. Please note that ASCI sells appliance spare parts for appliances purchased maximum 10 years ago. See ASCI terms and conditions here.
