How do I collect points with IKEA Family?
You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA tools and services.
1. When making a purchase:
- Purchases between €5 and €9.99: 1 point
- Purchases between €10 and €14.99: 2 points
- Purchases between €15 and €19.99: 3 points
- Purchases between €20 and €24.99: 3 points
- Purchases between €25 and €29.99: 5 points
This scale continues with 1 point for every €5 spent, unlimited.
In case of purchases with shipping service, points will be accumulated when the order has been completed.
2. Interactions with IKEA tools and services:
- Log in to your IKEA Family account on IKEA.es or the IKEA app: 1 point (once a week)
- Register for IKEA Family: 5 points (once)
- Create a shopping list: 2 points (once a month)
- Register and attend an IKEA event: 20 points (once a week)
- Create and save a layout with the kitchen planner: 5 points (once a month)
- Create and save a layout with the kitchen planner: 5 points (once a week)
- Create and save a layout with the kitchen planner: 5 points (once a month)
- Book and attend a planning appointment: 25 points (once a month)
In case the customer has signed up for a store event or requested a planning appointment, points will be accumulated when the colleague has confirmed attendance at the event.
