I forgot to register my IKEA Family card during the purchase. Can I add it later to collect points?
In certain circumstances it's possible to identify your purchase later. Please contact our Customer Support.
Customers must scan their IKEA Family card during checkout to collect points when shopping in-store or log in to their IKEA Family account when browsing and shopping online. Currently, it is not possible to connect unidentified purchases once they have been made.
