At IKEA Home, What is the verification process?
Every company or professional that wants to join IKEA Home has to go through an approval process to ensure that they meet certain legal, regulatory, objective and qualitative requirements without discrimination. The aim of this process is to build consumer confidence and ensure that we create a fair and competitive playing field.
We also collect the information we need to comply with EU and national regulations.
We will send you an invitation to join the IKEA Business Network (IBN). If you already have an IBN user, you don't need to create a new one and can go straight to completing your profile on the platform. If you do not have a user, you will need to register and create one. Then, use the link provided to complete your profile, accept the Terms and Conditions, indicate the services you offer and upload the necessary documentation. Our team will review your information and, once approved, you will receive a notification to start receiving customer applications.
