How can I see the balance of my gift card?
You can check the available balance on your gift card on the IKEA website.
Go to our website at IKEA Gift Cards, log in and then enter your card number (13 digits) and, if applicable, a PIN code.
You can also ask our chatbot Billie at contact us by clicking on the yellow icon, just ask her about your gift card and follow her instructions.
If your card has an expiry date, this will also be displayed. Once you use the card, its balance will also appear on your receipt.
If when you enter the card details you go back or the website fails, the card balance is blocked for 24 hours for security reasons. Once this time has elapsed, it can be used normally.
