I didn't receive the total amount of points from IKEA Family for my purchase

Points can be granted in multiple stages, depending on the type of purchase you've made.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours from the time of purchase for points to be reflected in the customer's profile. 

In addition, these points can be awarded at different stages of the purchase process, depending on the type of points. 

For example: 

For products purchased in-store, points are awarded at checkout.   

For other types of orders, they are awarded when the goods are delivered to the customer.
