What payment methods do you accept in a planning space?

At IKEA, we make it easy for you. That's why you can buy and choose from the main payment methods at your convenience.

In the planning areas, you can pay with:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, 4B, American Express, as well as our IKEA VISA card.
  • IKEA gift cards or IKEA refund cards. You can combine them with other payment methods. The maximum amount is 999€, and you can only use them for orders that do not exceed this amount.

For all purchases at IKEA, we issue a simplified invoice in ticket format without including your tax details. If you need a standard invoice with your tax details, you can:

  • Request it before making your payment at the checkout.
  • Go to the Customer Service section of your nearest IKEA store with your purchase receipt.
  • Fill in the following form and we will send it to you by email within two weeks.
