How can I use my IKEA Family coupon on a purchase?
If you have received an IKEA Family discount coupon you can use it on your purchases online, by phone or visit your nearest store. Here's how to do it.
The process is very simple, to use the IKEA Family coupon code on your online purchase first make sure you are logged in to your IKEA Family account. Then when you are in your “Shopping Cart” select the “Apply discount code” option and enter the code without spaces between the letters. Then check the “Apply” option and the total amount will be updated. Please note that this option appears only in the first steps of the checkout process, but don't worry, you can always go back and enter it if you missed it initially!
You can also use your coupon with our remote sales specialists via chat or in-store, they will ask for your IKEA Family account details in order to apply the discount.
Remember to check the terms and conditions of the promotion to proceed with the redemption.
