When will I receive my refund?

You can make your return in our stores, through our Customer Service or at a Post Office. We will refund you once we have verified that the items are in good condition.

Regardless of the method of return, all refunds will be effective from 7 working days and if a withdrawal is required, the period will be counted from the time the goods are collected from the customer's home.  

NOTE: If you have returned goods via the post office, refunds will be issued 7 working days after the goods have been received at our IKEA store. 

* Under certain circumstances, it may take longer for your bank to make the refund amount available to you:

* IKEA VISA card financing -> The refund amount will be repaid in the outstanding instalments.
* Gift card (only for in-store returns) -> At the time of return.
* Return card (only for in-store returns) -> At the time of return.
* Cash payment (for in-store returns only) -> At the time of return.
* PAYPAL--> The refund will be credited to your card, bank account or PayPal account balance, depending on the original method of payment.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
* BIZUM-> Up to 10 working days. 
*Note: Promotional discounts cannot be refunded.
