Can I exchange my mattress for a better one if I return the old one to IKEA?

Yes, you can exchange your mattress for another model of higher or lower value within 365 days of purchase, provided that the mattress is in good condition and complies with the terms of our returns policy.

How does the exchange work?
If the new mattress is more expensive, you will only have to pay the difference between the original price and the new price.
If the new mattress is less expensive, we will refund the difference on an IKEA gift card, which you can use for future purchases.
Please note:
Applies only to purchases made at IKEA Spain (mainland).
The mattress must be in good condition and clean.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented.
