If an item is unavailable, you can choose to receive an SMS or email alert when it's back in stock. The availability of products in the as-is shop or food market cannot be checked.
In some cases, a product that seemed to be available may run out while we are getting your order ready. In this case, we'll contact you to offer you a solution.
Please note that stock is updated once every 60 minutes.

Choose the device you'd like to shop with and how to receive your order.
You can shop online from any device and decide where and how you'd like to receive your order. Unsure about how it works? Head to our online shopping page and discover all the options available. To start an order, select the products you wish and add them to your shopping bag.
You will then need to select a delivery option:
- Home delivery: we send your order to the address you indicate. If you choose home delivery, we'll ask you to enter the postcode of the delivery address.
- Click & Collect: collect your order at any of our IKEA stores, at our Pamplona Delivery Point or at any of our partners' collection points.
If you live outside of Spain and choose Click & Collect, you'll need to enter 99999 as your postcode in your personal information in order to continue with your purchase.
Before making payment, you'll be able to view your complete order with the final prices of the items and any services you have chosen, the Click & Collect collection date or the selected delivery time in the case of Home Delivery.
Once payment has been made, you'll receive an instant confirmation of your order by email. To collect your purchase, you'll need to show the identity document you provided at time of purchase. For Click & Collect orders, you'll need to show the order confirmation email as well as your identity document.
The prices shown on our website may be lower or higher* in certain stores.
*For national or local promotions consisting of combo deals and 3x2 offers, the customer will initially pay the price without the discount. The discount will then be refunded within 72 hours through the same payment method used to make the purchase. All of our prices include VAT.
Of course! Add the Click & Collect service and choose where you'd like to collect it. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
With the Click & Collect option, your online order will be ready for collection at an IKEA store within three hours, or at a collection point within three days. You can find more information and a list of available collection points here: Click & Collect.

For parcel deliveries, if you cannot see the status of your order on our website, please click on the link found in the SEUR order confirmation email/SMS or track your order at their website.

You can cancel your order along with any additional services you have arranged. IKEA will include a link in the order confirmation email that you can click to cancel the order. You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, provided that you do so at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery date. If so, IKEA will return the full amount of your purchase, including the cost of delivery.
After this period, IKEA cannot guarantee that the order has not been dispatched. In this case, the refund will not include the cost of delivery already paid by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, you may no longer add or remove items from said order.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, IKEA Business cards and IKEA gift cards. Obviously, when you pay online the transaction is completely secure. You can choose from a range of financing options if you prefer to spread the payment.
Don't worry! If you take something home only to change your mind, you have 365 days to return it. Simply keep your receipt to ensure a smooth return process. For more information, consult our Return policy.
The IKEA Store app can be a big help if you are thinking about visiting us. Explore products, create a shopping list and receive the latest offers from your nearest store. You can download the IKEA Store app from Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
For all IKEA purchases, we issue a simplified invoice that looks much like a receipt. And if you are exempt from paying VAT, we explain how to request a refund.

For all IKEA purchases, we issue a simplified invoice in receipt format that does not show your tax information. If you need a regular invoice (including your tax information), be sure to ask for one before paying at the check-out. For legal reasons, we cannot issue duplicate receipts.
Need a regular invoice?
You have a few options:
1. If you're not an IKEA Family member or have an old receipt, click here: "Request invoices and duplicates". You will be asked to attach a photo of your payment receipt and identity document. We'll then send you a regular invoice by email within approximately two weeks (our service for receipt delivery by post has been temporarily disabled due to current circumstances).

2. Bring your receipt and tax details to the Customer Service counter at your nearest IKEA store to request a full invoice.
Lost something at one of our stores? We want to help you get it back.
We record all the items we find on the iLost website. You can search for any item you may have lost at IKEA with this new tool.
When creating an account, you'll be asked to accept their Privacy Policy and iLost will act as controller of your personal data. You can also stop by your local store without registering – just head to the Customer Service counter to find a lost item.
