Of course! Add the Click & Collect service and choose where you'd like to collect your order. We'll let you know when everything's ready.
With the Click & Collect option, your online order will be ready for collection at an IKEA store within 3 hours, or at a collection point within 3 days. You can find more information and a list of available collection points here: Click & Collect.
We'll have it ready for you at the delivery counter or, if you prefer, at any of our available Click & Collect collection points. Find out how it all works by clicking on the above link.
You can also collect your order from the Pick-up lockers found outside our stores, which are accessible 24 hours a day.
We offer a choice of 17 stores, 35 collection points and 2,300 Correos post offices.
We offer a range of options for collecting your order.
If you choose in-store collection, the cost of preparing the items starts from EUR 15. If you choose to collect your order from one of our collection points, the price of the service is EUR 29. The preparation cost is fixed regardless of the value of your purchase.

If you are unable to collect your order during the time slot you selected, IKEA will hold your order for the next 24 hours and contact you to offer an alternative.
If we are unable to contact you, you'll receive an SMS and the order will be returned with the amount you paid for the items, less the cost of the order preparation service.
Collection point
You have 72 hours to collect your order. For example, if you placed your order on a Monday, you have until Thursday to collect it during opening hours.
When collecting your order, you must show the identity card (Spanish NIF/CIF) or passport of the person who made the purchase, or of the person authorised to collect the order.
