So you’ve bought some new furniture but you don’t know what to do with the old items? No problem! You can either hand them over at your IKEA store or have them collected when your new furniture is delivered. We dispose of everything appropriately.

How to book the service

  • Just take your old furniture to IKEA customer service at the store.

 

Good to know:

  • Disposal costs must be paid at the IKEA store.

  • Book the removal service directly with our staff at the IKEA store or contact us for online orders

 

Good to know:

  • No disassembly 
  • Only in connection with a delivery (excl. package delivery) 
  • Please indicate directly at the time of ordering whether recycling or removal is desired.

Price: CHF 200.00 basic flat fee + CHF 120.00 per linear metre
