Click & Collect

IKEA Click & Collect puts you in control. Order online when it suits you and choose when and where you want to collect your purchases. You will still have to drive to one of the pick-up points, but we get your products ready for you so that you’ll have more time and energy when it comes to assembling them.

All our IKEA stores offer Click & Collect. We also have convenient pick-up points in regions without an IKEA store (Chur and Landquart). We now also offer mobile pick-up stations at our partners' locations.

At the stores during opening hours

  • Price: CHF 4.95 per order
  • Time slots offered during regular opening hours
  • Bookable for products that are available at the IKEA store selected.
  • Click & Collect pick-up area is signposted at the entrance and in the car park.

Collect-Box 24/7*

  • Price: CHF 4.95 per order up to max. 299kg
  • Collect-Boxes can be found at all IKEA store locations.
  • Collect-Boxes are accessible around the clock*.
  • Bookable for products that are available at the IKEA store selected.

Pick up at a mobile pick-up station

Price: CHF 9.95
free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members with orders over CHF 50.00

  • For orders with Click & Collect to a mobile pick-up station, a minimum order value of CHF 20.00 applies.
  • Pick up at a mobile pick-up station near you
  • Available for products that are available in your nearest store
  • Your order will be handed over by our service partner directly on site in the car park of our partner company
  • The service partner will wait for you with your order outside in a delivery van.
  • The opening hours depend on the selected location (see map below)
  • Feel free to bring your own bag or add our iconic blue FRAKTA bag to your order.

Collection from an external pick-up point

Our pick-up point in Landquart is operated by an IKEA partner and act as pick-up point only, meaning no additional IKEA services are available there.

How it works:

  1. Add the products you want to your online shopping cart
  2. Select “Click & Collect” in the online checkout
  3. Select the pick-up point in store or one of the external pick-up points and a time slot.
  4. Our staff will put your purchase together for you.
  5. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS.
  6. Come and collect your order. Please stick to the pick-up time you selected. You'll find it on your order confirmation.

Good to know 

  • Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times will be displayed in the online checkout.
  • If you are unable to place an order at your chosen IKEA store, try another location, remove a product that is out of stock from your shopping cart, or place your order later when the product is back in stock.
  • Pay attention to the dimensions and weight of the packaging to ensure that your order will fit inside your vehicle. You can find this information on the website of the respective product.
  • For the safety of our customers and staff, all collections are contactless. Bring a helping hand with you to help you load your products.
  • Need an order confirmation? If you have an order number, you can track your order.
  • You can always combine Click & Collect with a visit to one of our stores if you would like to try a product before buying it.
