IKEA Click & Collect puts you in control. Order online when it suits you and choose when and where you want to collect your purchases. You will still have to travel to one of the pick-up points, but we get your products ready for you so that you’ll have more time and energy when it comes to assembling them.

How it works

Select “Click & Collect” in the next step and the desired pick-up point and a time slot that suits you.
Get a notification
Our co-workers will process your order and bring it to the pick-up point. We will notify you by email or SMS as soon as it’s ready to collect.
Collect your order
Please have your order confirmation to hand and collect your order from the pick-up point in your selected time slot.

Good to know
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times will be displayed in the online checkout.
- If you are unable to place an order at your chosen IKEA store, try another location, remove a product that is out of stock from your shopping bag or place your order later when the product is back in stock
- Check the package dimensions and weight to ensure that your order will fit in your vehicle. You can find this information on the product page.
- Bring a helper with you to help you load your order into your vehicle.
- You can use your order number to check the status of your order. View order status
- At our IKEA pick-up points, you can combine collecting your order with a visit to the store. External pick-up points do not offer any additional services.
