Kitchen repair service
Together with two Swiss social enterprises, we repair your dream IKEA kitchen in selected regions of Western, Northwestern and Central Switzerland. This service includes minor repairs and the replacement of defective parts in your current IKEA kitchen.
What does the repair service cover?
The service includes minor repairs and the replacement of defective parts in your current IKEA kitchen, including:
- Repair or replacement of a defective sink*
- Replacement of a defective mixer tap / tap*
- Replacement of defective hinges (e.g. if doors no longer close properly)
- Repair or replacement of drawers and drawer runners
- Replacement of defective handles or knobs
- Refastening or replacement of loose skirting boards or edge strips
- Adjustment of unevenly hung fronts
* The following are not included in this service: the planning and installation of electrical and plumbing connections, wiring and connections to mixer taps, sinks and electrical appliances, and the installation of consumer electronics.
What is not covered by the repair service?
- Defects Electrical kitchen appliances from IKEA (e.g. oven, dishwasher, hob, refrigerator) are serviced directly by the respective manufacturer.
- Further information on faults in electrical devices and spare parts

- The work is carried out in accordance with the IKEA guidelines and drawing on our expertise about all things IKEA kitchens.
- This does not affect your IKEA guarantees – provided that the terms and conditions of the relevant IKEA guarantee are met.
- If you have any questions about your guarantee or goodwill, our customer service team is on hand to provide assistance.
