Where can I get spare parts for IKEA appliances?
Spare parts for appliances are available to order through Encompass.
If you are experiencing an issue with your IKEA appliance that is still under warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase. All of our appliances are covered under a 5-year warranty effective from the date of purchase unless you have a TILLREDA or LAGAN appliance which have a 2-year warranty.
If your appliance is out of warranty and it has been damaged, or if you'd like to order extra parts like shelves for your fridge, you may find them on Encompass.
