How can I order a repair kit for my HEMNES bookcase?
Since many customers wish to continue using their HEMNES bookcase, IKEA is now offering a spare parts kit as a service free of charge. The spare parts kit is to be used as a repair kit and to add support where needed. Rest assured that this is not a recall.
You may place it by filling out this form on our website. The spare parts kit's hardware number is the following: 10042076
Each kit has 2 pins. For example: If you need 16 pins, you would place an order for 8 kits.
