What is an EMPU and which stores have them?

An EMPU is an External Merchandise Pick-Up warehouse. After purchasing certain items from the store, you may be asked to pick up some of those items at the EMPU. IKEA Burlington and Coquitlam both have nearby EMPUs.

Please note:
  • Payments should always be done at the store before picking up your items at the EMPU. 
  • Click & Collect orders will always be picked up at the store.
  • Returns and exchanges should be done at the store.
