What if I have problems paying online?
If you are attempting to make an online payment and it fails, consider re-entering your payment details or using an alternative payment method.
If you are trying to pay with a credit or debit card, make sure that:
  • You’ve entered the card details correctly (name, card number and CVV).
  • You have sufficient funds.
In case the payment still fails, you might need:
To confirm whether any updates are required on your computer.
If you have already attempted the steps above, please contact IKEA Customer Service via online chat or by phone at 1‑866‑866‑4532 (IKEA). You may also wish to contact your bank to confirm that your information has been entered correctly and that the transaction amount is within your credit card limit.

My voucher, coupon or discount code is not accepted
IKEA coupons and discount codes generally have a limited validity and expiration date. If you can't apply your coupon/discount code, make sure that you first check that it's still valid. Some coupons and discount codes can also be used only on a selection of products, so make sure you check what conditions apply.

  • If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check the Spam folder.
If you have already tried all the above recommendations and you are still facing issues with the payment link you can contact IKEA Customer Service via the chat, or by calling us at 1-866-866-4532 (IKEA).
