Have your receipt and pictures of the item ready and contact the Aftersales team to help you further. You may also visit your IKEA local store for help. * Please ensure that it is not an assembly issue, and that the warranty is still valid.
We are confident in the quality of our products and many of them are covered by a warranty, we include a list of all of them here. Did you know that the guarantee of your product begins the same day of purchase? To make use of the warranty, the purchase receipt is essential.
If you've identified yourself as an IKEA Family member at the time of purchase, you can find your purchase history by logging in to your Family profile. If you do not have the receipt, please contact us and we will try to verify your purchase.
