Can I transfer a kitchen warranty over to another person?
IKEA warranties are not transferable from customer to customer, with the exception of items purchased in Saskatchewan (complying to provincial laws).
Only the original buyer can lay claim to such warranty. Kindly ensure you have a valid receipt in order to be able to claim. Please note that pictures will also be requested. A picture of the full kitchen layout, a picture of the item in question and a close-up of the actual issue will be necessary for your warranty claim.
