What can I do if my item is defective and under warranty?

If you have a defective product, please keep in mind we take warranty into consideration

We are confident in the quality of our products and many of them are covered by a warranty – we include a list of all of them here.

Did you know that the terms and conditions of the warranty start from the day you receive your product, whether you take it home yourself or it’s delivered to you? So it's important to always keep a record of your purchase and order. To make use of the warranty, the purchase receipt is essential. Have your receipt and pictures of the item ready and contact our team to help you further. You may also visit your local IKEA Store for help.
