Can I have my in-store purchased As-Is product delivered to me?
Yes, this may be possible as it depends on the size and condition of the product. As a disclaimer, IKEA may refuse a delivery service for this option as the product may not arrive in the same condition as when purchased.
- If a product is too big and requires dismantling, such as a large or heavy table, it simply will not fit in the truck if not taken apart.
- If a product has a pull out mechanism, such as cabinets with pull-out sections, because of the mechanism there will be transporting risks to the customer's product and the delivery team.
